This is our Minato keychain that consists of the three Flying Thunder God kunai that are often used by Minato Namikaze. This is a quality keychain made from metal with great attention to detail.
The Flying Thunder God Technique is a space-time ninjutsu that was originally created by The Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju. Before a user can use the Flying Thunder God Technique they must first perform the “technique formula” in order to mark their target. From here, the user can then, by entering a dimensional void, instantly teleport themselves to the location of the mark. And because the user utilizing teleportation, the process happens instantly regardless of distance.
The Flying Thunder God technique can also teleport objects along with the user, but this requires much more chakra to perform, and it scales depending on the size of the object and the distance traveled. The user can even teleport objects independent of themselves.
When it comes to combat, the Flying Thunder God technique is a highly effective skill. The user can counter enemy attacks by simply teleporting and attacking the assailant before they can even complete their own attack. Additionally, one can teleport themselves beside an escaping enemy or use it to avoid an enemies’ attack altogether. Another defensive advantage is that the technique can be attached to weapons, such as Minato does with his Flying Thunder God kunai; where he will then disperse these kunai around the battlefield and at a moments notice instantly be able to teleport his body to their location.
Flying Thunder God Kunai are custom kunai used by Minato Namikaze. They are different than standard kunai because they have a thicker handle with an inscription mark used by Minato to perform teleportation as well as having three blades instead of one. The Flying Thunder God kunai have notable use in the series during the Third Shinobi World War, where Minato used them to defeat enemy shinobi. Additionally, Kakashi was gifted one upon reaching jounin, so Minato could teleport to him at a moments notice. Also, Minato even keeps a few of them at safe houses on the outskirts of Konoha, in order to be able to teleport to a safe spot whenever needed.
In part because of the instantaneous nature of the Flying Thunder God ability, both Minato and Tobirama were considered the fastest shinobi in the world. Minato was known for using the Flying Thunder God technique to teleport behind enemy squads and take all of them out before they had any time to figure out what was going on. He was even declared the fastest ninja who ever lived by the Fourth Raikage for being able to evade his Lightning Release Chakra Mode.
Minato developed a variant of the technique, known as Guiding Thunder, which creates a barrier that allows him to teleport incoming attacks away from him to a different location. Tobirama, on the other hand, developed the Slash technique, which he utilizes to stab his enemies after teleporting to their side. Together, during the Fourth Shinobi World War, they created the Mutually Instantaneous Revolving Technique by merging their Flying Thunder God networks together, allowing them to teleport to each other’s respective marks.
Fans of Minato Namikaze or Konoha’s Yellow Flash as he is known to be called should consider picking up our Flying Thunder God Kunai keychain to complete their Minato collection.
